37 βούλομαι , [in LXX for חפץ , אבה , יעץ , etc. ;] to will, wish, desire, purpose, be minded , implying more strongly than θέλω (q.v.), the deliberate exercise of volition (v. Hort on Ja 1:18 ): c. inf.
