4 εἰρηνεύω ( εἰρήνη ), [in LXX chiefly for שׁלם , שׁקט ;] to bring to peace, reconcile (so I Mac 6:60 ). to keep peace, be at peace : Mk 9:50 , Ro 12:18 , II Co 13:11 , I Th 5:13 (cf. Si 28:9 ; Cremer, 246).†
