1 ** ὀχλέω , -ῶ ( ὄχλος ), [in LXX: To 6:7 , III Mac 5:41 *;] to move , disturb ; hence, generally, to trouble , vex : pass., Ac 5:16 (act. absol., = pass., to be in a tumult , III Mac 5.41 ; cf. ἐν- , παρ-εν-οχλέω , and v. MM, xviii).†
