παιδάριον (G3808)

1 παιδάριον , -ου, τό , dimin. of παῖς , [in LXX chiefly for נַעַר ;] a little boy , a lad (in late and colloq. Gk. the word seems to be used with greater latitude and even to lose its dimin. force entirely; cf. To 6:2 , 3 , and v. MM, xviii): Jo 6:9 .† SYN. : v.s. παῖς .
