Deiss., BS , 238) = cl. συμβουλία (Arist., Xen.), counsel : σ. λαμβάνειν , Mt 12:14 22:15 27:1 , 7 28:12 ; διδόναι , Mk 3:6 ( ποιεῖν , Rec.); ποιεῖν , Mk 15:1 ( ἑτοιμάζειν , WH, mg.). By meton., a council ( IV Mac, l.c. א ; συνέδριον , AR): Ac 25:12 (v. MM, xxiv).†
